Do we have a refund policy?
Presently we don’t have a refund policy. Once payment is made for a plugin it can’t be refunded back.
We firmly believe in and stand behind the quality of our products, but if you are unhappy with your purchase or you have an issue, we will be more than happy to help resolve it.
Will I get plugin updates?
Yes, plugin updates will appear in your WordPress Plugins page. If your license key is active on your site you can perform automatic updates from the WordPress admin. You can also login to your account to download the latest version of a plugin at any time.
Do I need to renew my license?
A license key is valid for life. Don’t forget to activate your license key on your site as you need it for automatic updates and support.
Can I use a license key on multiple sites?
A license key can only be activated on a single site.
